SlowRing is a trade name of Ford Family Vending LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The LLC is the seller. It is who you have a contract with and who is responsible for the order.
The charge on your card statement includes SLOWRING.

Prices are in US dollars. A shirt is $30.00. Shipping is $6.99 for the first shirt and $1.95 for each shirt after that, added at checkout. Two shirts in one order are 10% off each; three or more are 15% off each and ship free. That applies automatically. A promotion code can reduce either amount; the checkout total is what you are charged.
Prices can change at any time. A change does not affect an order already placed. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Putting a shirt in the cart is not an order. The cart lives in your own browser, and its contents are not sent to us until you check out.
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Submitting payment is your offer to buy. The order is accepted when payment succeeds. A confirmation email then goes to the address you gave Stripe. If it does not arrive, the order still stands — email [email protected].
If an order cannot be fulfilled — a pricing error, a design that has been pulled, a problem at the printer — it is cancelled and refunded in full. Nothing else is owed.
Nothing is held in stock. Every shirt is a Bella + Canvas 3001 printed direct-to-garment for one person after that person orders it. A printed shirt cannot be resold, which is why the returns policy works the way it does.
Slight variation in colour and print placement is normal for this printing method. Misprints, damage and wrong items are covered by the returns policy.
United States only. Checkout will not accept an address outside the US. Printful prints and ships the order, and picks the carrier. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Defects, misprints and damage are replaced free, with photos. Wrong size is not covered and neither is change of mind, because the shirt was printed for your order and cannot be resold — check the size chart on the product page before you buy. Claims close 30 days after delivery. The returns policy has the full terms and it is the one that governs.
The designs are jokes about administering Microsoft 365 — error codes, cmdlets, licence states, support-speak. They are drawn for the people who do that work for a living. They are not official merchandise and should not be mistaken for it.
SlowRing and Ford Family Vending LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used to name those products, not to claim a connection to them.
Complaints about a design go to [email protected] and are read.
Your remedies are in the returns policy. Whatever the claim, the most Ford Family Vending LLC can owe you for an order is what you paid for it, including shipping.
We are not responsible for knock-on losses — time off work, a missed event, a replacement bought elsewhere, or anything else that follows from a late, wrong or missing shirt.
Some rights cannot be signed away. Nothing here tries to.
