Overseas postage varies too much by destination for one flat rate to work, so there is no international option.
Shipping is counted per shirt, not per design. Two of the same shirt is two shirts.
Three or more shirts ship free, and they are 15% off each. Two shirts are 10% off each and ship at the rate above. The discount applies at checkout on its own — there is no code to enter.
Shipping is added at checkout and shown with the total before you pay. Tax, where applicable, is calculated there too. The total you see before you pay is what your card is charged.
Every shirt is printed after you order it, direct-to-garment, by Printful.
So there is a gap between paying and posting. Fulfilment usually runs a few business days before dispatch. That is typical, not a promise from us.
You get two emails: a confirmation when you pay, and a tracking email when the order leaves the print facility. Both go to the address you entered at checkout, and both can land in spam.
The carrier is chosen at fulfilment. We do not pick it.
Damaged, misprinted or the wrong item: see the returns page for what qualifies and what we need from you. A shirt that does not fit is not covered, because it was printed for your order — check the size chart on the product page before you buy.
If the tracking email never arrived, or tracking has stopped moving, email [email protected]. It is a real mailbox and a person reads it.
